REIKI is a natural, hands-on, healing method. It brings relaxation, enhancing the energy flow through the body promoting general well-being.
The client lies, fully clothed on a therapy couch, with soft lights & soothing music while I place my hands on them from head to toe (nowhere intrusive!), for roughly 3 minutes in each position, drawing through the healing energy. People report that my hands become very hot, some feel a tingling sensation, some feel heat deep within them.
It is a lovely treatment if you have never tried a complementary therapy before, as it is gentle, non-invasive & completely comfortable. It makes a wonderful gift or a real treat for yourself!
An hour's treatment will leave you feeling a sense of peace, balance & calm. It works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.

CRYSTAL HEALING uses the widely differing qualities and properties of crystals to release energy blockages, clear negativity from the body and aura, bringing back a state of balance.
As with Reiki, the client lies fully clothed on a therapy couch. I dowse the chakras, (energy centres along the body), and throughout the treatment will lay a variety of crystals on and around the body, wherever their healing is required. I use tumbled stones, a crystal wand and a crystal pendulum.
This is a very individual therapy, each treatment is carried out according to a client's specific needs and so it is rather hard to give a general description. I work to release any emotional energy ties which are no longer needed, sometimes healing the wounds of 'other lives' which can still cause problems in this one.
Crystal Healing treats a client as a complete energy system, internally, externally and through time and space. The healing abilities of crystals have been known for thousands of years; new ones are being discovered within the earth or are surfacing still. As humans are basically a crystalline life form, they resonate very well with us!
I studied a 2-year diploma course in Crystal Healing and Energy Work at The School of Inner Light here in Bournemouth, qualifying in 2006.
SHAMBALLA MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING uses the entire conscious energy and unconditional love of Ascended Beings, Masters & Archangels. This is a very powerful energy channeled through those who have been attuned to it. In many ways it is similar to Angelic Reiki; although there are also many other Spiritual Beings bringing this high-vibration of energy to us.
Shamballa helps to realign the left/right or male/female aspects of our brains, clears out and removes old energy ties and balances our entire 12-chakra system.
This treatment is given with the client sitting on a chair; I place my hands mostly on the head and shoulders, but may give the healing energy wherever I'm specifically guided to. Shamballa is an intelligent, conscious energy, and so goes where it is needed. When the energy stops flowing through me I feel as if a switch has been flicked off and my hands no longer tingle. I always check that my client is well grounded after the treatment and has water to drink.
CHAKRA & AURA CLEARING removes cords, ties & unwanted connections to events or people who drain our energy.
E.F.T. releases negative feelings, old habits & patterns of behaviour through tapping on acupressure points. It requires some degree of focus to maintain the emotion throughout the sequence of tapping, as the feelings gradually decrease. It can be a very effective method to help with weight loss, smoking, addictive behavior etc, providing there is a real will to give it up!
PSYCHIC SURGERY is something I have been trained to do by surgeons and doctors who are no longer in this physical world. I became aware of this several years ago, taking a friend for an appointment with a psychic surgeon, I realized I could see and hear the surgeons in the Spirit realm and see what they were doing. It was quite a surprise at the time and yet felt entirely natural and familiar.
I was told that I was being asked to work in this way too and that I had been receiving training for some time already, in my sleep state, dreams and meditations. I became more and more accepting of allowing spirit surgeons to work through me, recognising their individual skills and ways. One of my especially close links is with a Swiss neurosurgeon, who has several times been seen with me by Mediums.
I have seen some amazing things and been shown incredible, unrecognisable instruments to work with, and I have witnessed some remarkable results. However,
I have learnt that even the spirit surgeons cannot fix everything. If a problem is being carried for a reason, such as for the lesson it provides, or to stop us doing something that would be detrimental, then the surgeons will stand back. In other words, psychic surgery will only work if it is for the client's higher good. If it is not to be, then I will ask for an explanation and alternative advice.
